What is Little Willow?
Little Willow is a UK-based store offering carefully selected Montessori-inspired toys and learning products designed to encourage independent play, curiosity, creativity and early development.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes! We deliver across the UK. Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information when tracking is available. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at supportlittlewillow@gmail.com. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may generally cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions and our returns policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry if something isn't right! Please contact us at supportlittlewillow@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
Each product has its own recommended age range. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing and always follow the manufacturer's safety and age guidance.
Are Little Willow products Montessori certified?
Our products are Montessori-inspired and selected to support Montessori principles such as independence, hands-on learning, concentration and exploration. Unless specifically stated, "Montessori-inspired" does not mean that a product has been officially certified by a Montessori organisation.
Are your toys safe for children?
We carefully select our products with children's safety in mind. Always check the individual product's age recommendation, warnings and safety instructions before use, and supervise children where appropriate.
Do you offer gift orders?
Yes! If you are sending an order as a gift, please check the available options at checkout. If you have a special request, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
